Shiraoi Beef, a Japanese black beef that has grown up in the rich nature and blessed water of Shiraoi-cho, Hokkaido, can be enjoyed as the main course.

In addition to two types of salt barbecue and three types of sauce barbecue, we also offer our famous "Sukiyaki Shiraoi Beef Sirloin".
Sukiyaki is served with a special truffle sauce.
The mellow aroma of truffles will fill your mouth.

Other dishes include "Aged Beef Tongue with Negi-Salt and Nanban Miso" and "Wagyu Beef and Eel Temakizushi",
We have prepared a menu full of our signature meats.
